Oh Motherless child

How you yearn for the warm, tender touch

The caress and the soft embrace of motherly arms

To be kept warm and safe within the internal and external storms

To feel reassured from the fears of the unknown

To feel protected and strong for Loved you are

But these are only wishes to the Motherless child

The yearning of the tender young heart – unseen by anyone

Murmur the words; Call out Her name:

Mama, Mama!!

Near you she’s not

Look up to the heavens and your cry will be heard

For our Spiritual Mother sustains us all
